Pours a very hazed gold with a pinky of cream colored head. Sheets of lacing & above average head retention
S: Cakey, tropical fruits, some citrus, nose seems muted
T: Cakeyness, pineapple, mango, passion fruit & green melon & a touch of piney hops, some dryness up front. Passion fruit, mango, leafy hops, dryness, tangerine & pineapple as this beer warms up. Finishes with pineapple. lime, dryness, a little pine & mango
MF: Medium body, super light carbonation that becomes creamy as this warms, lovely balance
A big beefy bruiser of a Hazy Imperial that is my wheelhouse, but drinks like it is at least a few ABV points lower

Pours a thick, hazy orange color with a sudsy, substantial white head that provides ample lacing. The nose features candied orange, mango, peach, and berry notes.
The taste has all the components noted on the nose with the addition of of sweet oat flavors, and a bit of booze, which is no surprise given the 10.2% ABV.
The mouthfeel is rich and chewy, per the gravitas of this NETIPA. This is my first beer from these guys, and it’s worthy of seeking in the rich Chicagoland market.

I received a can from @fbarber in the NBS BIF #14. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours an opaque, muddy tangerine with a very large, creamy, eggnog-colored had and thick soapy lacing. The smell is tangerine-forward with notes of stone fruit and creamy oat sweetness. The use of oats and Carapils 2-Row malts gives it a very sweet initial taste. The tried and true combination of Citra and Mosaic hops add flavors of bubblegum, mango, melon, and lemon. There is very little bitterness. It reminds me of a Milkshake IPA. The mouth feel is fairly creamy and viscous with moderate carbonation, and despite the sweetness it doesn't seem like 10% ABV. Overall, Triple Beezer is well-done albeit on the sweet side.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some brownish hues. It poured with a finger high white head that did down, leaving a minuscule collar around the edge and a thick coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mango and lychee are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of stone fruit. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied, smooth and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The 10% abv in this IPA is deceptive because the oats help to lighten up the body and the alcohol is well hidden from the taste.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: murky yellow hue with a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop. It looks great!
Smell: sweet malt base with hop aromas heavy in the stone fruits, earthiness and grassiness. I like the composition but the volume could really be turned up, especially for a triple IPA.
Taste: hugely malty with plenty of sweetness, stone fruit character, and dankness. It's a rich mélange, though a bit heavy and plodding. It's good, but perhaps just a little ... flat, or something. It could really use some pop.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. For a 10% triple IPA, I really would have expected a lot more body here.
Overall: I like this beer; it reminds me of a fresher, hoppier American strong ale. But it needs a degree more brightness to overcome its dense base.

I liked Beezer. I loved Double Beezer. Why shouldn’t I enjoy Triple? And yes, I do.
Big cloudy glass of orange juice with minimal lacing. Dank and juicy scents. Orange and pineapple juice with hints of mango, guava, and passion fruit. Taste is citrusy notes of thick OJ and tangy pineapple juice. For a triple IPA with a high abv, this is surprisingly light to medium bodied. It’s got a thick and syrupy feel for an IPA and I like it. It could use a bit more flavor to really push it over the top, but a damn good beer. Right in between Beezer and Double Beezer, in my mind.

16oz tallboy poured into HF wine stem. Canned on date of January 11, 2021.
Appearance: hazy golden orange bodied beer with 3 fingers tall bone white head. Lots of lacing sticking on the side of the glass. Great long lasting head that eventually drops down to thin uneven layer on top of the beer.
Smell: tropical fruit all the way in the nose... Smelling some pineapple orange juice immediately comes to mind. Bready sweet malt.
Taste: Nice juicy peach flavors to open up this beer which are very nice. Lots of tropical flavors in the middle especially pineapple and mango. Lightly dirt/dank and earthy with a little bit of grass on the back end as well. Somewhere between mild to moderate bitterness in this beer. Malt profile gives nice balance and asserts the juicy & sweet flavors from the hops. Bready and doughy malt flavors from the grain bill.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied beer with medium carbonation on the lower end of that level. Light booze note in the finish. Dry and slightly chalky textured bite to the finish as well. Little bit of "hop burn" as well as it warms.
Overall: I have drank Beezer & its a good hoppy beer. Double Beezer is a significant improvement on Beezer. Triple Beezer is great as well, but I think that double beezer finds the best balance of the three. Triple Beezer is just boozier version of Beezer. So of the three it apparent that double Beezer is the best by a mile and regular Beezer and triple Beezer are in a tie for second place. Both Beezer and triple Beezer are beers that I rate over a 4 out of 5 so they are both no slouches! For my tastes, the best hazy hoppy beer that Old Irving brews is the double Beezer!
