Quick review from written notes.
Saturated orange color, light haze, ample foam and drippy lacing.
Mild wet hay and sulfur funkiness in the aroma, peripheral hints of citrus.
Complex fruit flavors, tangerine, grapefruit, apricot with pits, some light minerality.
Very dry with a medium acidity and carb level, grippy tannins in the bone dry finish.
Well balanced and blended, moderately sour but not overly so.
Thanks to Bill & Adam for this one!
