750 mL bottle. Bright pink body. Nice white head. Smells of raspberry, stone fruit, and vanilla. Tastes of sharp raspberry up front. Quite sour. Hits the nose. A little vanilla in the back. Sharp stone fruit sourness. High carbonation. Yikes it's sour.

2015 vintage. This is an incredibly fruit forward lambic with a ton of fruit puree, pure raspberry jam, bright, creamy, flavorful, complemented by a rich vanilla character and a real lively red wine character. Some lemon and key lime flavor too. Jammy, fruity, a touch too sour, but still incredible.

It had a bit of a nail polish to it. Didn't feel like it aged well. No nuance of flavor

Amazing! Had 2019 iteration and one of the best beers of the year for me.

750ml corked and capped bottle into Zalto stemware.
Nose is mind-blowing. Pungent raspberry puree, a slight cheesiness, hay, and a touch of stonefruit pit. Super aromatic. Beer opens raspberry puree and vanilla creaminess. More vanilla in the middle with a seedy tartness. Some stonefruit pit towards the end as the sour builds. Finishes abruptly. Fruit really lingers on the palate. Body is light with moderate to low carbonation. Filmy and foamy on the palate and goes down soft with a pucker in the aftertaste.
I don't know that the vanilla really adds to this one... though the fruit presence is incredible.

Oude Pizza meets its maker 2017. Bottle at NotGT, ME.
A- Pretty pink blood red pour from the bottle into a few sampling glasses. Small foamy pink cap puffs up but falls somewhat fast. Spotty lace around the glass.
S- Massive raspberries like insane fresh, juicy berries. Vanilla bean hints but somewhat in the backdrop and melds in very nicely. Pie esque between the vanilla and berries. Sour lactic makes the cheeks pucker.
T- Insane sour lactic and massive, fresh raspberry fruit flavor. Like the best most fresh rip raspberry possible, must be some really good fruits. Vanilla kinda lost to the huge lactic sour and raspberry sours but it is there in the very background. Seeds and flesh.
MF- Light body and a low end carbonation. Massive sourness and a bit of a slickness on the palate.
Vanilla more prominent in the aroma but these berries are honestly insanely fresh and flavorful. Vanilla aroma works out very well giving it a bit of a dessert feel, in the right way. Very sour and very raspberry.

2016 Vintage
Ruby color. Vibrant. Pink head.
Fresh raspberries and raspberry seed. The vanilla shows and it is similar to Zwanze 2016. The peach pits add another unique layer. Slightly sour/tart. Lemon acidity.
Light bodied. Very impressed with this one.
