A 750ml bottle at Koelschip, bottled in February 2018. Poured into a stemmed white wine glass.

Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with minimal white head and sparse to no lacing.

Aroma: Funky, barnyard, wood, herbal spice and white grape.

Taste: Funky, leather, grass, white grape, wood, peppery spice and some light citrus.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, soft carbonation with a dry finish.

Overall: Overall, nice wine like notes, with a good balance between funk, wood and grape.
