750ml bottle at share. Cloudy golden pour, resilient white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and tart, yeasty funk, wooden barrel. Taste is white grapes, tart, with light savory notes towards the finish.

750 mL bottle. Slightly hazy golden. Smells of citrus, white wine, and mineral notes bordering on metallic. Some cobweb funk. Tastes of bright tart white wine, herbal notes, citrusy hops. Back end is dried grass and oak. Finishes with oak and wine. Medium body. Nice blend of saison and lambic flavors. With each sip you feel it could fall into either category and then neither.
