Pours a clear amber with low, wispy head.
Smell is funky and tart with notes of Seville oranges, orange peel, peach and some hay.
Taste is sour and dry with very nice acidity. Notes of oak, grapes, cognac, hay, funk, orange, lemon, citrus peel and some peach. There's a bit of grapefruity bitterness that balances the acidity perfectly.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic sour, balanced and complex. Pretty good intro to Bokke.
