Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

Poured from 500mL can into a dimpled mug. I picked this can up right at the brewery; canned 10/1/25, best by 3/30/26.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: a nice, slightly grainy, slightly crackery malt aroma with just the right amount of sweetness. It’s quite nice.
Taste: like the aroma, it’s a bit on the grainy side, with a somewhat drier than the aroma, but not without some sweetness. The bitterness is crisp and bracing; I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. I have the sneaking suspicion that on a draft side-pour of this beer would be way creamier than the canned version.
Overall: a crisp, light, and very drinkable pilsner. I dig it.

Had initially on tap at the brewery taproom and took a 16 ounce can (packaged September 3, 2025) to go.
Pours a just slightly less than clear golden from the can (clearer on tap) with ample foamy two plus fingers of white head with nice lacing.
Malty nose - white bread, grassy, a touch of lemon - slightly floral.
Sweet bready, doughy malt on the palate, lemon citrus notes, grassy with a firm herbal bitterness.
Light medium mouthfeel - carbonation slightly muted from can pour (more vibrant on tap) - clean satisfying finish - a bit more crisp on tap, but canned product very good also. (Perhaps partly defined by atmosphere of taproom in sunny Prague in October versus couch in gloomy Edmonton November).

Copenhagen 18/3 2023. 50 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. White can with Vinoradskýs logo. Plain and simple.
Pours slightly unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 1,5 cm hic layer of fluffy foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light malty sweet odor mingling with a more aggressive, citric and fresh went. Sweet pale malts. Bread and cereal. Grass and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry
Simple but effective Pilsener.

bready, earthy ( never had this before with this beer), all the Saaz hop notes present, chewy, malty sweetness present but also dry, bitter. This is a very nice example of Czech Pilsner. Great balance and interplay between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Drinkability higher than high
