Poured from 500mL can into my Higgins Ale Works tulip. Picked this can up at the brewery yesterday, best by 3/1/26.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with a light-to-moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet malt with a little bit of crackery quality. Hops provide that classic passionfruity topical aroma, and while it’s light, it’s darn good for a session IPA.
Taste: again, moderately sweet, with maybe a little buttery diacetyl in the mix. Normally that’s an off-flavor, but I don’t hate it here, though. Passionfruit flavors continue to come through, and bitterness is moderate for a session IPA. It’s not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not too bad at all for a session IPA. Not the richest thing out there, but who’s gonna expect that for a 4.9% beer?

Copenhagen 25/3 2023. 50 cl can from N’Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Vinohradsky’s usual can design this time with a Galaxy theme.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin flimsy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a zesty, citric scent mingling with floral and slightly perfumed notes. Sweet pale malts,
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, smooth, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine bitter Session IPA. A bit watery though.
