This is a light and refreshing ale that is easy to drink and easy to enjoy. We use two different malts to give this blonde ale a bit of color and a slight sweetness. We also use a unique method of adding the hops, which mellows the bitterness and makes the beer smoother to drink.

Poured from a pint can well within its date range, purchased cold at the brewery, into a flute glass.
Look: Golden, with a huge white head that dissipated over the course of a couple minutes, leaving a foam ring with some lacing.
Nose: Light roasted malt, a little lemony citrus, a little bread.
Attack: Initially the malt, though not terribly full-flavored, then a little bit of the lemon.
Finish: Hop presence to balance the malt, but then an astringency — not overpowering but a bit unpleasant nonetheless.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin — appropriate to style — and adequate carbonation.
Overall: Acceptable, though there are other blonde ales I prefer, so I’ll probably not buy it again. I really do like the nose, but have to rate this a 3.5 overall because of the taste shortcomings.

I am trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had faint hints of biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with cracker presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent sessionable blonde.

Built for people who don't like beer... or at least for people who have tried industrial American lager and don't necessarily like it but can tolerate it to a certain degree... you know, there's an ale for that! And its called American Blond Ale.
Mirror Twin's White Girl Wasted picks up on that "lowest common denominator" flavor with a pale straw ale that's mildly hazy and capped with a light and spritzy froth. Cereal and a kiss of grassy hops come slightly floral and with a raw barley identity. Grainy sweet and carrying on with the cereal taste, a brief hint of honeycomb comes to mind before the hops arrive.
Much of the same carries on as the ale traverses through the center of taste, but it eventually picks up a hoppy taste as any floral or fruity taste dissipates. Lightly grassy, citrusy and spicy, the taste of lemon, orange and grapefruit are all tepid as to not overshadow the calm grains. Lightly bittered, the finish is pleasantly sprucy and grassy and is just enough to offset the fleeting cereal sweetness.
Medium light on the palate, the ale is effortless, easy, yet not overly characterful. Its a mild, if not bland taste meant to appease the palates of the uninitiated and who think that beer should be merely tolerated and not enjoyed.
