Silky smooth and with a soft demeanor throughout, the haze craze continues to roll through the Mirror Twin brewery with an overall tepid but balanced demeanor,
Pale gold and with a strong turbid haze, Used Shoes and Moon Rocks comes equipped with a frothy whipped head. Moderate intense aromas waft about the nose with a host of tropical fruit, melon, citrus and light botanicals. Light and doughy on the tongue, a hint of sugar cookie with a pastry center brings notions of soft honey and powdered sugar to the forefront.
Doughy and soft with sweetness, the middle palate rolls along while inviting a rush of hops to spread a hose of fruitiness on the tastebuds. Tropical fruits of kiwi, passionfruit and pineapple trail with a more citrusy nod to orange, lemon and candied lime. All wrapped in a juicy honeydew fruitiness, the fruits trend lightly herbal with hints of green tea, parsley and soft spruce playing delicately on the after palate.
Medium bodied and lightly carbonated, a creamy texture offers a rounded palate early and often. Resisting any fade to dryness, the beer's juicy demeanor rolls right though a medium short finish of tea, hemp and fruit punch with a soft sangria vinous kick in the end.
