Showcasing the uniqueness of aromas, flavors and spices that give this special hop its name "Galaxy", a curious range of flavors come through proudly upon a malty, creamy and doughy base of hazy IPA. Mirror Twin really puts the hops on a pedestal with this monster of a beer.
So, Galaxy Monster comes with a pale and pasty, light gold haze and topped with a frothy head. vinous spice, tropical fruit, citrus and botanical herbs round the nose along with a light and doughy center. Pastry-like flavors layer on the tongue with an suggestions of angel food cake, agave and honeysuckle.
the lasting malt starchiness and supportive sweetness swirls on the middle palate and brings those hoppy aromas into tasty fruition. Dried pineapple, passionfruit and guava succulence comes from the tropical fruit contention before its citrusy taste comes with under ripened orange, white grapefruit and a pep of lemon and lime. The juiciness of honeydew keeps the late palate tangy and racy while a spice of lemon verbena, hemp, sassafras and green tea bring a moderate, bitter balance to the finish.
Medium balanced yet seemingly fuller because of the beer's light carbonation and depth of malty weight. A light alcohol spice of botanical gin teases the throat while a grassy, herbal and geranium aftertaste gives impressions of hemp, spruce and white wine.

Can pour; Bright, almost neon yellow. The peach note is strongest for me. Finish is lightly dry.
