Golden in color with a light and frothy head. Nose is sort of dank citrusy. Taste is citrus and pine, with a mouth feel of smooth bitter bite. Well done collaboration with Pivot.

In true West Coast fashion, and at 8.5%, the collaborative IPA between Mirror Twin and Pivot Brewing will have the spirits cruisin' for sure!
Pouring pale golden and capped with a light and frothy foam, Cruisin' Down The STree In My '64 drifts along the nose with a spicy citrus twinge, complementary spruces and herb with a tingle of alcohol on the nose. As its sweetness rides onto the early palate, a malt profile of light honey, caramel and nuttiness comes with a pale granola character.
Grapefruit, orange peel and a pep of lime give the middle palate and decidedly fruity and hoppy tone. Dried pineapple and a hint of apricot decorate the otherwise citrusy influence before the malt sweetness recedes and the bitterness sets it sights on the finish. Trending resinous with lemon pepper, grassy tea, dry hemp and pine converge on a lingering bitter late palate.
Medium bodied and trending drier and snappier, the beer has a palatable sense of drinkability from its crisp, refreshing and drying mouthfeel that extends with a long and bitter after palate of spruce and fruit peel.
