This week we have a special hazy made in the style of a tropical cocktail that is sure to delight. A beautiful hue of orange in your glass expressed from the sheer amount of mango and with red flecks of Tajin to truly give this one an alluring visual reminiscent of the actual cocktail. Creamy and fresh tropical flavors take the main stage with hints of chili and lime to compliment the nectary sweet profile. All of this present on the nose of the beer but enchanced by the entwined tropical and fruity hop aromas.

Tropical fruit punch, meet beer. Beer, meet tropical fruit punch. Mirror Twin brewers play matchmakers with a boldly fruited IPA laced with mango sherbet, tajin for a spicier take on milkshake IPA.

Densely silted and turbid to the eye, the light and golden orange Mangonadiacal swoons the nose with sugar cookie, fresh dough, mango, cream, herb and spice in a true frothy cocktail scent. As its taste rolls onto the early palate, the taste is smooth with vanilla, cream, candied taffy, sugary fruits and honey.

As the flavors roll along, the sweetness keeps applying a pillowy malt character of cereal, cream and fruit on the tastebuds, leaving impressions of true sherbet, gelato and sorbet behind. Lime, mango, orange, pineapple, coconut, lemon, kiwi and cantaloup all seem represented as the fruity ale steers into a late taste of lingering sweetness with only hints of verbena, green tea and hemp.

Full bodied and remaining sweet, the ale finishes decidedly malty with only a tepid hop bitterness. For those who prefer the cocktail side of taste, this beer will set a pleasant tone. But for those looking for more of a bitter beer, it'll leave the palate wanting more.
