We have a brand new hop that we were able to get our hands on. We only got a very small amount so this will be the only release with this hop for the foreseeable future. Superdelic hops, from the same people who brought nectaron! These hops are described as having lots of red fruit, candy, citrus and tropical fruits. We paired these hops with Citra who also brings citrus and sweet fruit with a little dankness. The beer itself has lots of sweet fruits, peaches and cream notes, with the tropical and dank throughout. Super smooth body with zero bitterness. "Crushable" as the kids like to say. We likely won't be able to get anymore of this hop until next harvest season. So if you know the drill. CLEAR THE FRIDGE!

Pours a pale, soft yellow, mildly cloudy; huge, fluffy head, white and soapy in texture. Very pleasant aroma comprising notes of orange, pineapple and peach. Nice yet muted taste; light citrus; orange and white grapefruit; biscuit; citrus rind bitterness. Medium body; mildy sharp and acidic; gentle touch of residual sugar bearing a lightly chewy biscuit texture.

With an unknown age (but at least around three months based on the date I received the beer), the looks and aroma are awesome. The taste and mouthfeel, though, seem a bit weak although I have no particular angst with the beer. I'll just have to add this NEIPA to a growing list to try again at with a fresher version. Bottom line - this seems to be a well-crafted beer, not overly heavy or overbearing. I'd put it in the general class of something like a Focal Banger as opposed to a hazy juice bomb or milkshake sort of hazy beer.
