A beer for the hardcore IPA fans. A banger beer has dropped and the taste buds are anticipating a mouthful of juiciness. This New England IPA is sure to hit the spot keeping up with traditional NEIPA brewing styles. The Motueka hop has specific aroma descriptors include distinctive fresh crushed citrus, mojito lime character, lively lemon and lime tones with background hints of tropical fruit. It also has fresh herbal notes (basil, rosemary) and hints of dried orchard fruit around the edges.

You can take the hops out of Germany but you can't take the Germany out of hops. The Motueka hop formula that was born in European noble hops and then moved to the U.S. to take on unique Pacific Northwest character makes this hop profile a true frankenstein of a plant.
Motueka Monster comes way of a golden and pale straw haze and topped with a low-lying froth. Green herbs, green berry, tropical fruit, citrus and botanical perfumes round the nose along with a creamy cereal backdrop. Pastry-like flavors layer on the tongue with hints of angel food cake, cereal and honey dipped melody.
The continued malt roundness and complementary sweetness swirls on the middle palate and brings those hoppy aromas into tasty fruition. Lime, under ripened orange and white grapefruit succulence comes from the citrusy contention before a more tropical taste comes with passionfruit, kiwi and young mango. The juiciness of cantaloup keeps the late palate rounded even while a spice of lemon verbena, basil and green tea bring a moderate, bitter balance to the finish.
Medium balanced yet seemingly fuller because of the beer's light carbonation and linger of malt sweetness, a light alcohol spice of curacao liquor teases the throat while a grassy, herbal and Italian herb aftertaste gives impressions of basil, parsley and mint.
