Peeling out of the orchard and setting a b-line straight to the brewery, Mirror Twin looks to freshly harvested orange peels for the next and exciting addition to their hazy ale ways.
Pouring a golden orange, light pastel hue, Peel Out jumps right out with the citrus oils of orange, complementary hop citrus, tropical and herbal scents ahead of a creamy sweet sip of cereal, shortcake and honeysuckle. Developing hops add fruity flavors of lime, passionfruit, pineapple, peach and currant with a tremendous waft of tangerine over the session. Trending spicy and bitter, the late taste is a blend of grassy herbs, lemon verbena, tea leaf, hemp and lemon pepper to close.
Smoothly bitter but with a little extra pithy bite, orange you glad you gave this beer a shot?
