Pucker up because Mirror Twin's candied sour ale is about to take the tastebuds on a ride.
Seedless Behavior comes with a rather innocent golden and hazy pour. Laced with a mild white foam, the sour ale teases the nose with citrus, cider, white wine and candied sweetness ahead of a sweeter taste of light cereal grain, powdered sugar and simple syrups. The fruit flavors of berry, apple, melon and stone fruit capture a dried candy character that drifts over an underpinning of green apple, lemon, lime and gooseberry. Trending tart, the finish shares a balance of mild sourness in a semi-dry, semi-sweet finish.
Medium bodied, smooth and tangy, the ale is pleasant enough to appease the seltzer crowd.
