Highlighting the finer points of summer, Mirror Twin brings us the flavors of strawberry and haze for a close out to the dog days with a crescendo.
Foggy and golden-straw, Hazeberry carries a sheet of cottony froth and a scent of citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and red berry along with a botanical character while a sweeter early palate is redolent with angel food cake, powdered sugar and cereal. A hop burst brings us through the middle palate with flavors of orange, white grapefruit, passionfruit, kiwi and white grape with an overcast of strawberry essence. Softly bitter, the late taste balances with tea leaf, verbena, sassafras and balsa.
Light, airy and creamy, Hazeberry is an effortless session that's very mild in taste all the way around.
