They've marched through the trends, they've tried pastry flavored beer, and milkshake flavored beer, and smoothie flavored beer, and even cereal flavored beer. But now Mirror Twin has settled down with beer flavored beer.
Modeled after German styled pilsner, Crispy Business shines with a bright chrome appearance, teeming with bubbles to fuel a short white cap. Gentle aromas of fresh grain are decorated with lightly floral hops, discrete fruity notes and a grassy hop spice on the nose. Scant sweetness of grain and malt bounce off the tongue and evaporate quickly to leave way for subtle apple and pear, then balanced with herbal hop bitterness.
Crisp, clean and quite refreshing, the lager carries little flavor impact but is quite dry and highly drinkable. It's just not particularly rememberable.
