Newly minted and ready for the market, Mirror Twin embraces the new Dolcita hops to it's fullest by chocking a single hop, imperial hazy ale to complete plumpness.
This monster of a beer is brought with a cloudy, pastel golden orange hue, topped with a creamy froth and a bright, fruity and perfumy scent that swirls with citrus, tropical and stone fruits with hints of vanilla and cream. Cereal sweetness splashes against the early palate with suggestions of shortcake, smoothie and fruit puree. Tangerine, mango, peach and apricot shine in a hoppy middle palate as a slight rise of bitterness shows a smooth bite with a waft of coconut and vanilla ensuring a soothing mouthfeel and elevated softness.
Dolcita hops gives the Monster ale a plump, full and fruity flavor profile in a way that few hops can do on their own.
