Look It is slightly dark yellow with a bit of cloudiness. It has a white head.
Smell it has a strong earthy smell with leather. There is a moderate level of spice and some low lemon.
Taste There are high levels of spice in which the pepper stands out. There are moderate levels of earth, leather, and lemon.
Feel It has a moderate feel with a fairly dry finish.
Overall The combinations of various elements and the dry finish make for a quite well done saison.
