Appearance: Arrives cloudy, with a honey color and a modest head that leaves a few spots around the glass
Smell: Bready, with subtle apricot tones
Taste: Bread tones forward with the apricot building; a little tart, through the middle, with a slightly herbal finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Refreshing; my first beer from this brewery and look forward to others
