Look: It pours yellow with tinges of orange in it.
Smell: The aroma is strongly sour with apricot, a bit of leather, and some barnyard elements. There is a low level of grainy dough in the background.
Taste: There is a doughy element in the flavor with cracker that is moderate with a moderate amount of stone fruit, the most noticeable being apricot. There is slight leather and white wine like elements in the background.
Feel: It has a medium body with a moderate amount of sourness. It finishes dry.
Overall, the combination of dough with an almost cracker like finish worst well with the apricot.
