Our take on the traditional tart Slavic fermented beverage. Rye bread from Camino Bakery and rye malt made a majority of the wort, which was fermented and then augmented with apricots and jumbo golden raisins. Stone fruit and baked bread aromas lead into an endearingly complex palate constantly buoyed by lactic tartness. Earthy, salty, and savory inflections are rounded out by a deep worty and dried fruit finish.
