The Demogorgon series has left me wanting more. Here is 16 oz. of more, canned.
The pour is dearth of light black with appealing/gross coconut floaties, some of them coalescing into small islands of gunk. Nose is coconut - full stop.
Demogorgon - Coconut Coffee is an exercise in "how much coconut can I get in a stout?". The occasional jolt of coconut thanks to the semi-liquid isles of CNut are interesting & make me wonder if I can (or should) use my teeth as strainers. Whatever coffee was here has evaporated, but the bourbon comes in hard after the 'nut with intent to drunken...though there's no alcohol taste at all. Thick. And hard to drink.
Easily the weakest of 'Gorgon series to date. This is too sweet & very unbalanced. I...couldn't finish it. Shame.

Look - black and thick with a nice tan head and some lacing
Smell - really nice sweet coconut coffee chocolate and caramel woody barrel
Taste - strong booze followed by coffee and caramel with the sweet coconut in back
Feel - slight syrup medium full body with a very light carb
Overall - pretty tasty coconut coffee
