Red IPA brewed with a multi grain blend, crystal malts and Michigan summit dry hops for a sweet holly aroma and a clean bitter finish.

Great IPA that I had never seen before, sampled on tap at a local restaurant. Pours a nice copper-brown color with some light head and spotty lingering lacing. Smells of some nice darkness, citrus and piney hops along with some mild malt. Tastes similarly - grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, orange and mango citrus hops along with some weaker piney hops, malt, biscuit, vanilla and toast. Very well-balanced and the sweetness on the malt backbone was spot-on. Smooth, thin, mild mouthfeel and good carbonation. Very enjoyable!

Liked it a lot, and I’m not an IPA fan!
