Great Chicago Fire Brewery & Tap Room "Apricot Blonde"
on tap at the brewery on 22 December 2018
Notes: 5.4% abv. 11.1 IBUs. A hazy golden body with an orange sheen is topped by a short head of white foam. The aroma delivers mainly apricot, and there's also some in the flavor although there's plenty of golden malt as well. A moderate bitterness and light bit of acidity balances it and it finishes dry. Medium bodied and crisp. Refreshing.
