Appearance is dark brown with a thin dark tan head that recedes quickly leaving minimal lacing. Aroma is dark roasts with a hint of tart or sour. Taste is similar. I don’t get any hint of maple. There is a mild tartness that is unexpected. The body seems thin for the style.
