On tap at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen.
Pours an unclear pale peach color, with little to no foam.
Smell is pretty mild and laidback with notes of green tea and peaches.
Taste is mildly tart, with a bit of sweetness from peaches and apricot. Finish shows of the white wine barrels very well, and adds just a hint of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is thin, with prickly carbonation.
Overall, a gentle but tasty sour, that I could see as a great substitute for champagne on New Year's.
