RUSE AUDIA AQUATIC HAZY 7.5 abv
I had this at West Side Tap House in West Salem, Oregon. It’s a semi-sweet light citrus brew with low acid and is a very easy drinking beer that is not too sweet so is refreshing to have on a hot day. It’s very good.

A bit of lemon on the nose as you then get an apple/pear taste followed by a bit of malt. Not much of a lingering bitterness or dank on the tongue but a fair effort.

On tap at Beer O'clock today.

The beer pours a hazy, fairly opaque golden amber color with pretty decent head retention and light lacing. On the nosr I pick up considerable tropical fruit and orange citrus. This smells pretty nice. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely in this well crafted ip. On both the nose and palate, there's something an orange creamsicle component that is pretty nice to see. Mouthfeel is very clean for the style, and the alcohol is well integrated into the flavor poo profile. There's considerable flavor in this medium bodied ipa.

Really enjoyable, well crafted beer from Ruse. I'm starting to believe that this is fairly typical for them. The brewer here clearly knows what he's doing.
