A clear straw yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks solid. The nose is a really rustic and grainy Pils malt base, doughy, faintly honey like with a nice hop character. Lemon, earth and a little grass are present. The palate opens clean and bright with lemon, grass, a little earth before a nice, raw, doughy, grainy Pils malt note grows. Despite the dough note, this is still quite snappy and sharp and a little crisp even. Drying, mildly bitter on the finish with earth, lemon and dough lingering. Briskly carbonated and very refreshing, this is just a hair watery on the mid palate. A very good pils.
