Had on tap. Classic pour with the mostly clear brown body, tan head and thick lacing. Smell is lead by the caramel malt with brown bread crusts, decent earthy and leafy hops and a hint of leather. Taste adds dark fruit, more general bread and grass. Certainly malty in feel and lesser so in taste, but really well balanced regardless, all proper aspects are there. Smooth, medium bodied, frothy and full without being weighty. The wife liked it.
