2022 Centennial version.
A clear amber with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is clean and with plenty of fresh hop character, with watermelon, the soft oily depth that FH beers have, complementing the citrus and pine nicely. Light diesel like notes. The palate opens clean, bitter and with a nice fresh hop character, a soft, oily pungency, citrusy and pine heavy. The mid-palate has a mild marmalade note. Drying, bitter, oily finish. Quite excellent.
