Can from Uptown Market. 2022, all Simcoe version.
A clear light orange with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is bright and fruity, clean, with a blend of citrus, peach and berries. Clear FH oily character follows the immediate fruit notes. Minimal malt. The palate opens clean and bitter with pungent citrus and a nice, clean berry note. Oily, smooth FH follow with lupulin depth. Drying, clean, snappy, bitter finish. Delicious.

The 2023 version just sings with gorgeous fresh Simcoe character, lovely bright fruit with dried blueberry notes. 4.4
