Fresh hop Papyrus Iris
With Mosaic. 2024 edition.
From a can. Pours slightly hazy, with an orange gold tint to it. Light aroma, with the POG notes on the nose along with the sip. It’s a tasty one, even if there’s not a heavy freshie presence.

3 day old can, 2022.
A hazy light orange, idly, and with a nice, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is soft and rich with nice fresh Mosaic character. Rich, deep with the more melony, fruity side of Mosaic. The palate opens soft, creamy, mildly bitter. Really nice, moderate hop flavor, rich, melony, with nice hop oils and richness. Drying, soft, creamy, fruity. A hair watery.
