2022 fresh Mosaic edition.
A crystal clear light yellow with a dense, Off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose has punchy fresh gooseberry and lychee, with grape, ripe passionfruit, strawberry, just dropping with hops and the fresh hop oil depth betting beautiful. The palate opens clean and crisp with lychee, gooseberry, grape and mild spruce. Mild bitterness with clean and clear focus on the flavor and aroma hops. Drying, clean, soft fresh hop oils on the finish. As it warms, there's also a moderate dankness that just turbocharges the fruit notes.
