Hewing very close to the script, this has delicate, soft smoke with a rather noticeable bready, doughy richness, a soft, earthy hop character, a clean fermentation character and light butter. A little thin on the palate with soft smoke, earth, clean hop and raw dough. A touch overcarbonated. Drying, slightly watery finish. Solid.
