Look: Light golden and clear with a puffy white head that refuses to recede and leaves copious amounts of lacing behind
Aroma: I could smell it on the pour. Pine sap and needles, grapefruit, Cannabis, dusty fresh hop cones, orange, light blueberry, and some mango
Taste: Oh yeah. Kicks off with a ton of conifer-laden sappy and resinous notes that hit hard and fast before settling in some. Grapefruit and pithy orange follow as dank weaves around and berry and mango also peek in throughout the middle until it closes with a nice bite
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish
Overall: This is some good stuff. I rarely see Mosaic fresh hopped beers during the FH season so jumped on this one and glad I did as it’s tasty. Plenty of FH character throughout and showcases the Mosaics very well. Delicious and recommended

WCIPA w/ 100% mosaic hops
From the can. Looking good, as expected.
Excellent beer. Mosaic shines on the nose, with a light blueberry note. Full flavor comes through on the sip. There’s a delicate touch to this, with a low bitterness on the finish.

2023 can with fresh Mosaic.
A clear light orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose has lovely fresh Mosaic character, with berries, citrus, pine, a little melon. No malt. The palate opens bright and vibrant with fresh Mosaic, fruity, berry rich, citrus rich with accents of pine. Clean, crisp, softly bitter with bright FH character. Drying, clean, bitter and fruity on the finish. Delightful.
