Brewed with a layer of different base malts and hopped aggressively with Mosaic Incognito, Strata and Nectaron. Dank with notes of pineapple.

It's hard to go wrong with good Mosaic, and this beer is an example of why. Dank, bright ,fruity, jammy ripe fruit, pine, with minimal malt character. Squeaky clean, bitter and hop focused with soft, creamy mouthfeel and fabulous lingering hop flavor.
