A: Huge frothy white head. Body is a murky bright yellow in color.
S: Lemon, dough, funk, hay, some light spice
T: The lemon comes through in the taste then more doughy funky hay and malts
M: Medium bodied lowish carbonation smooth.
O: This is a pretty tasty saison and worth grabbing if you see it on tap as it was very enjoyable.
