This effervescent Saison, aged for a total of 21 months, is bursting with ripe, fresh berry flavor. The tart acidity and dry finish balance the notes of strawberry angel food cake, sour watermelon Jolly Rancher, Sweet Tarts and honey graham cracker. This beer is funky and tart, but not “soured”.

Purchased as a single bottle from The Blue Door for $10.50. Poured into a tulip glass.
L - Hazy pink-orange, that settles into a more clear version of itself. Topped with a two-finger sudsy pale white (and slightly pink) head. Excellent lacing.
S - Strawberry, blackberry, and oak. Pinot gris grape. Oak. Hinting at artificial watermelon.
T - Follows nose. Notes of raspberry & blackberry. Tart throughout, but not overbearing in the slightest. On the sweeter side, but it's definitely balanced. Finish is dry & tart, leaning on the note of white grape. Floral throughout.
F - Medium-light in body, with plenty of carbonation. Refreshing, and easy-to-drink. Crisp.
O - Fantastic. The flavors here really pop! Fruity, but not overly sweet. Seriously good for the price, just wish it had a fuller body. Definitely recommend.
