No canning date

Pours a translucent orange-pink body on the initial pour, eventually hazing over time and after subsequent pours; capped with a fast-rising multiple fingers of tight, rosé-hued foam; good head retention fizzes out steadily to a spotty cap, barely-there collar, and minimal lacing.

Aroma opens with a harmony of rounded lacto funk and subtle raspberry esters, with soft tones of wheat and musty straw lurking in the background; lactic funk gains steady prominence as notes of fresh raspberry/raspberry seeds become further enmeshed.

Taste brings out a soft, almost creamy lactic acidity with hints of raspberry to balance; as the profile settles over the mid-palate, rounded notes of funky wheat become more prevalent, amplifying tones of freeze-dried raspberry sorbet, green apple, and a delicately deepening funk into the finish.

Mouthfeel showcases a light body sporting ample tartness upfront alongside a fluffy, mouth-filling, and borderline excessive carbonation; wetness past the mid-palate levels the texture into a slightly puckering, fizzy, dry finish.

A really nice showing of fruit against an at-times stiff, puckering acidity, the end product would've been comprehensively quenching were it not for the uneven carbonation; despite it becoming somewhat unhinged, a solid enough foundation is left to leave plenty to enjoy, especially on the more biting end of the sour spectrum.

A dark pink, or pinkish/orange color. Bubbly with a small, quickly disappearing head.
Raspberry aroma, really inviting.
Tart raspberry taste.
Refreshingly tart, very drinkable.
