This is a very hoppy saison. Given its name, I expect Nelson hops are used, has the right taste.
I had this beer from draft at the bre poured into a small snifter. Pours a bright pale yellow color with a good head and beautiful curtain lacing. Lemon and pine smell and taste, almost like an IPA. Pleasantly fruity flavors and good smooth feel. Great with lunch!
