This is an excellent sour saison, with a smooth funky taste and smooth feel.
Poured from a bottle purchased at the brewery into a tulip glass. Hazy yellow color with excellent white foamy head with great curtain lacing. Funky tart lemon smell and taste. To me, more funk than acid. I would definitely buy it again.

Foggy burnt orange with no head after the bubbly carbonation quickly dies off.
Floral gin perfumes the air from afar, but coming in close it both smells and tastes a bit acetic. Peachy and resinous at the same time, these contrasts paired with a light farmhouse funk can't overcome the vinegary acidity.
The slick medium-light body comes to a sharply stinging finish.
Way too acidic for a saison.
