For this beer, we took 7 barrels of our foeder-aged base beer, Petite Blanche, and we dry-hopped it with the current crop of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. It's a fun spin on this lovely base, and we hop (pun intended!) you enjoy it! Cheers!
