Spontaneously fermented pale wheat ale conditioned on local NJ yuzu juice, flesh, and zest, and dry-hopped a couple times with experimental hops at a little over 2.5 lbs./BBL per dry-hopping event. Naturally conditioned and refermented without addition of yeast cultures. Aged in oak barrels.
