Beautiful ruby red lambic/wild ale with a nice retaining head as well. Aroma was slightly funky and fruity. Taste was a mixed bag. Lots of fruit noted, it was quite acidic and fairy high on the sour scale. Would have liked this to be dialed back into a more subtle state. Overall it was decent but not quite dialed in where I like my mixed culture/ wild ales.
