Brewed February 2022 with Rabbit Hill Pilsner malt, raw wheat & spelt, decade-old Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, and NJ cranberry honey added to the coolship. This portion of that wort fermented spontaneously in a single Blanton's bourbon barrel for 28 months before bottle refermentation with even-more-local honeysuckle honey
