Hazier than the 2018, golden color no head. Getting a very nice honey aroma on the nose. The taste is a bit more acidic than the previous vintage. Not much in way of the mushroom lending much to the taste here in my opinion. The feel is smooth and slightly chewy. Overall a bit more acidic than the 2018 definitely picking up a subtle acetone note in there.
