Pours a slightly darker golden than the previous two vintages. No head but has a good amount of tiny bubbles rising to the top unlike the last two. The roasting of the mushroom definitely shows up on the nose, definitely more earthy aroma, really nice! The taste has a bit of the earthiness I expected from the previous vintages. It’s tart but no acetone thankfully. Overall this one seems to be what they were initially going for all along. Really nice!
